We’re part of the fast-growing Inside Ideas Group of agencies and we’re looking for a Social Scheduler based at our office in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your own potential and gain valuable experience within a dynamic, fast-paced advertising agency.
The successful candidate will manage the social media schedules, delivery and reporting for our clients and internal Aylesworth Fleming social media profiles.
You will also be required to work closely with other members of the team to deliver content and optimise for the best results. To manage both paid and organic content delivery and tracking KPIs before delivering the final reporting to the client.

Purpose of Role
To implement the delivery of our social calendars, projects, analysing the results of paid and organic activities and testing.

Work with clients and internal account management teams to help deliver monthly social content calendars
Optimising content for platform and intended audience
Performing social activity audits for clients and competitors
Maintaining and monitoring client content and social media profiles.
Assisting with proposals and pitches
Scheduling and Paid promotions
Managing communities and engaging users on various social platforms on behalf of clients
Analysing, track and measure performance against KPIs and report on monthly social campaigns
Feed into refinement and definition of our social media marketing process
Stay current with social media trends and tools
Work closely with our account management teams
Be happy, smile and bring a positive attitude to the office
Experience & Skills
An understanding of social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and more
Ability to monitor and report on social campaigns, delivering insight to inform future campaigns
Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at any given time
Basic MS Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
You’ll be a friendly, highly motivated and ambitious individual, who enjoys providing input to your immediate team and the wider business. Hard working, driven and with a good eye for detail, you’ll also be a team player who can build good relationships with all internal teams.
