Carolyn also worked with the International Olympic Committee on the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics while she was in Russia.

With 30 years' experience as a creative, just some of the roles Pete has held include copywriter, art director and group/board creative director. He has worked for the top 10 London advertising agencies and leading provincial agencies, creating campaigns that have won awards for creativity and effectiveness in the UK, Europe and the US. Pete is always searching for that unique proposition and is respected for creating original and heart-felt ideas based on strong strategic truths. His work has influenced how Volkswagen speak to their customers, and how Panasonic speak to businesses.
Pete applies his far-reaching experience to AF's portfolio of residential and commercial property clients, mixing traditional property messaging with human insights, wit and commercial intelligence.
Against great competition from the world's best commercial property marketing agencies, Pete led a team that won a creative pitch for the £1.8bn commercial and residential redevelopment of Royal Albert Docks by Asian investors, ABP. Feedback from the joint London-Asian client was that he showed compassion for these two distinctly different markets and produced creativity on an "epic" scale. Pete wrote and part directed an ABP film that is now being shown worldwide to statesmen and leading businessmen alike, attracting standing ovations - and more importantly advanced orders - wherever it is shown.

Tony has 12 years' experience as a business developer, client services director, commercial manager and business strategist. He has led sales and support for FTSE 100 retailers, devised successful change management programs for multiple SMEs and re-launched a wholesale business.
As one of the primary first points of contact for the agency, Tony works with senior marketers and directors in a consultative manner to understand their key customer, communication and business challenges. Using the experience, knowledge and creativity of Aylesworth Fleming, he builds solutions that help marketers achieve more for less.
Tony is always analysing different industries, searching for those influential brands that aspire to learn more about their customers and that want to build more effective communication strategies.
